The personal data are stored for one month after the results of the competition have been decided.

The data are transferred over an SSL secured connection.

Electronic data are protected with a firewall, user IDs and passwords.

Only the persons working for the controller who need the data for their duties have access rights to the data.

10. Automated decision-making

Automated individual decision-making (Article 22 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation) is not carried out.

11. Rights of the data subject

Data subjects have the right to access the data concerning them stored in the personal data register. The written request for access must be signed and sent to the person responsible for issues related to the register.

The right of access can be used free of charge once per year at maximum.

Data subjects have the right to demand that inaccurate or obsolete data be rectified or erased or transferred from one system to another. Data subjects also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of their data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Data subjects have the right to withdraw their previous consent to the processing of data or lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority on matters related to the processing of their personal data.

Data subjects also have the right to prohibit the use of their data for the purposes of direct marketing.
