The first phase of the competition started in November 2020 and the competition proposals were submitted for evaluation in early March 2021. The jury decided to organize the second phase of the competition program between the two best proposals and it will start in August.
The winner of the competition is scheduled to be announced in December. In the second stage, selected competitors will be asked to further develop their proposals based on feedback from the jury.
